My account
Log in with your e-mail address and password on the left side of our website.
If your e-mail address is already in our system but you don’t have a password, click on ‘forgot password’. You will receive an e-mail with a link to create your password.
Once you are logged in, you can change your e-mail and address under ‘my account’. Click on ‘change my account details’ to change your personal details.
If you forget your password, you’ll receive a link in your mailbox after clicking on ‘forgot password’. The link in the e-mail will bring you to a page where you can change your password.
Ordering
Choose the correct size and colour and place the item in your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart, click on order and choose a delivery method. Choose your payment method in the last step of the order process and enter your details. You will be taken to your bank's payment website, where you must confirm and execute the payment. Your order will be placed with us when your payment is complete.
An item is reserved for 15 minutes once you put it in your shopping cart. The 15 minutes are restarted for the entire shopping cart each time you add an item. As long as you are actively shopping, you do not have to worry that the last items will be sold out. Please note: if there is no activity in the shopping cart for 15 minutes, your reservation will expire and the items will be made available to other online shoppers. If an item sells out, it will automatically be removed from your shopping cart.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have completed your order. You will receive this e-mail within 30 minutes. You will receive regular updates about your order via e-mail.
You can check the most recent status of your order in your online account.
When your order is sent, you will receive a track&trace code via e-mail so that you can follow the delivery of your package.
Stock information, delivery periods & prices
If an item can be ordered online, it is in stock in our central warehouse, in one of our stores or with our suppliers. If an item is sold out, this is indicated on the product page.
You can check the stock in our stores on the product page of each item. Select the correct size and colour then click on ‘view all stores’. Please note: we cannot guarantee the availability of items in our stores. If you want to be sure, it's best to contact the store.
On the details page of a product you'll find an indication of the delivery period for that specific product in a particular size and colour:
Please note: these delivery periods are only valid for deliveries in Belgium. Deliveries outside Belgium can take a few more working days.
If an item cannot be delivered within the stated period, we will notify you via e-mail. Don't hesitate to contact our Customer Service employees via team@asadventure.com to get more information about the delivery of your order.
All prices are in Euros, include VAT and a mandatory recycling charge for electronic equipment. All prices can change without prior notice.
Shipping costs
A.S.Adventure delivers to all countries in the European Union, except Germany. For shipments outside Belgium, you should count a few extra working days.
We only ship packages inside the European Union. Therefore, you can only place an order if the shipping address is within this area and if you order from an IP address within the European Union.
All orders above €30 sent to Belgium or Luxembourg are delivered free of charge. We will charge €2.95 for orders under €30. All shipping costs can change without prior notice. Click & Collect orders are delivered free of charge.
We will charge €4.95 for orders under €30. Orders above €30 will be delivered free of charge. Shipping costs can change without prior notice.
We charge a reduced fee of €4.95 for deliveries to the rest of Europe for orders above €30. We will charge €9.95 for orders under €30. Shipping costs can change without prior notice.
Cancellations & changes
Once payment has been made, you order can only be cancelled or changed by our customer service department. Contact us via team@asadventure.com.
Please note: we cannot cancel or change the order once your package has been sent. If you don't want to receive the package, you can refuse the delivery by bpost or after receiving your package, you can return the items or bring them to an A.S.Adventure store.
We offer products on our website until stocks are depleted. Sometimes items sell out, especially discounted items, and we have to cancel your order. The colour and size of items are updated instantly. Unfortunately, we can only report whether the ordered item can be delivered when we process your order in the warehouse. If an item is no longer in stock, we will inform via e-mail. You will receive a refund from us as quickly as possible.
A.S.Adventure cannot be held liable for damages arising from an item being out of stock.
