Practical
Returns can be made in two different ways:
In order to ensure a smooth process, it is important that you fully complete and use the returns form received together with your order. Lost the returns form? Log in to your account – via My purchases and download another returns form.
We ask you to return the products undamaged and complete (including all accessories), in their original & undamaged packaging, with the label and preferably a copy of the returns form. So, feel free to treat the product as you would in the store. For example: take a pair of shoes out of the box and have a good look, try them at home, but do not go for a walk outside.
Is your product no longer in its original state or in the original packaging? Then you will first be refunded the original purchase amount, but this will be followed by a payment request, in accordance with Art. VI.51 WER, covering the reduction in value of the goods caused by any handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Returns from the Netherlands
In the Netherlands you can return goods via Homerr. It costs €6.46 to return goods via Homerr and it is very easy. Go to the Homerr website to report and pay for your package. Once you have registered you will receive a QR-code via e-mail. This code will be scanned when you submit your package to be returned.
Returns from France
In order to return goods from France you will need to arrange for your package to be sent. You must therefore pay the cost of the return yourself. Returns may be sent to the following address:

You may return sale items that were purchased online. The return may be done in our stores or by sending the package, and this must be done within 14 days after receipt. Sales items purchased in the store may be returned or exchanged for up to three days after purchase.
You are always welcome to do this in one of our stores. If no exchange is possible, the store employee will give you a refund. If you return the product by post we will simply refund you. You can order the new size via our webshop. If you are required to pay delivery costs for your new order or the price of the item has meanwhile been modified, we recommend that you contact our Customer Service.
You may return online purchases within 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel. As an Explore More member, this period is extended to up to 30 days after receipt.
Once your returned package is processed by A.S.Adventure, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Always retain your proof of return received from the post office. If your return package is delayed you may always contact our Customer Service. We will be happy to check the status of your return package for you.
If you paid for your order with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), Maestro, Paypal or Klarna) the repayment will be processed automatically.
If you paid in one of our stores or with an A.S.Adventure gift voucher we are required to organise a manual refund. If nothing has been received 10 days after confirmation of your return we recommend that you contact our Customer Service. We will then check as quickly as possible why you have not yet received the repayment.
All products purchased via the webshop may be returned, except for A.S.Adventure gift vouchers and perishable goods.

In accordance with the law concerning distance selling you have the right to withdraw from any order made via the website within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after the date of delivery. You will then be refunded as quickly as possible, except in the case of A.S.Adventure gift vouchers and perishable goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by sending a clear and specific declaration to Retail concepts N.V., Smallandlaan 9, 2660 Hoboken, +32 828 30 15, team@asadventure.com (preferably via e-mail or in writing by post). As a consumer you must be able to prove such notification if required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from the agreement, all payments that you have made until that time will be reimbursed, including delivery costs (except for extra costs if any in case you choose a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), no later than 14 days after we have been notified of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.
The customer is also responsible for returning the goods. The cost of returns will only be refunded if A.S.Adventure has delivered an incorrect or damaged item. In all other cases the customer will be required to pay for the return.
We may wait before making the reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You are deemed to have met the deadline if you return the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.
