Are the opening hours changed?
Please take a look on this page to check the opening hours of your A.S.Adventure Store.
Which measures will you take when the stores open?
Before entering the store:
- Depending on how large the store is, a certain number of visitors can enter at once. A tablet will welcome you at the entrance and will tell you when you can enter the store.
- Please remain a distance of 1,5 meters. Avoid any physical contact. Also before entering the store.
- Are you experiencing any symptoms? Fever, coughing, short of breath or other cold symptoms? We strongly advise you not to visit our store and shop online.
- Wearing a mouth mask is obligated for adults and children over 6 years old.
- You can enter our stores with maximum 2 persons. This does not apply to children under 13 years of age or people who require help.
Measures inside the store:
- Please follow the path indicated when visiting the store. Remain a distance of 1,5 meter. Avoid any physical contact. Do not walk in the distance of the Stop signs.
- Disinfecting gel is provided at several spots inside the store.
- Please pay contactless.
- It’s possible to try on clothes but we follow some strict measures. A staff member will be happy to help you.
- All our staff members wear a mouth mask.
Can I make an arranged visit to come to the store?
It’s not possible to make an arranged visit. You are welcome to visit us within the opening hours.
ORDERS
When placing your order you can choose between a home delivery, delivery in a pickup-point or delivery in one of our stores.
On every product page you can check the stock available in our stores. You can select a size and colour and click on ‘view all stores’ Please bear in mind that because of the exceptional circumstances the stock can deviate.
RETURNS
It’s possible to return articles in our stores. Online we offer free delivery and return with the post.
Currently, a free return is provided for Belgian orders only, your return label is included with your order. Please return your parcel to us within 30 days. Sales products must be returned within 14 days.
Parcels delivered outside of Belgium do not receive a free return label. The normal return policy
will be remained.
When you return products via the post, we reimburse you as soon as we have received the parcel. Please do not forget to mention your IBAN number on the return document. We cannot arrange any exchanges.
Due to Corona, your return may take longer than usual to process. We're doing our utmost to process these as quickly as possible.
