Factory workers
We are committed to upholding high ethical standards in our supply chain. Our Code of Conduct and Workplace Instructions ensure that factory staff are treated fairly and respectfully. This includes:

Ethical Sourcing
Ayacucho works exclusively with suppliers who are members of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI). This ensures that our production partners meet recognised social standards including fair labour practices, safe working conditions, and respect for workers’ rights.
BSCI also supports continuous improvement by offering training and guidance to factory staff. This commitment is a key part of our supply chain integrity and reflects our ongoing effort to produce responsibly with care for the people behind our products.
Community support
1% for the Planet — and for People
Since our founding in 2009, Ayacucho has donated 1% of its revenue to support vulnerable communities around the world. In partnership with Solid International, we help fund social enterprises and development projects in Peru, Kenya, and India focusing on education, job training, and sustainable community support.
In 2025 we also joined the global 1% for the Planet network, reinforcing our long-standing commitment to giving back.
